(
sigh of relief). I made it. Through 3 sweet girls' birthdays, a baptism, a school basketball season, a swim season, an art class session and a husband's birthday. I think I will rise to the surface to get a big breath of air just in time for the holiday season to be upon us.

You made it through Halloween, too! Congratulations! Good to see you're still alive and kicking!
Oh Valerie! You are ONE BUSY WOMAN! But if there's anyone I know can handle it - it's you.
Yes, yes...the Christmas lights and decorations went up at about 11:59 on October 31 around here. We're now all a-color (and a-flutter) for the holidays! :)
don't forget halloween, you survived that too!
Nettie--I thought the same thing, but had already posted this. Halloween is a HUGE accomplishment, especially when thrown in the mix of all the birthdays!
I wish you could bring the kids and experience Halloween in Nauvoo. The Pumpkin Walk is something we dream about all year long. Every year Brother Nelson swears he's done his last, but by May he begins planning what intricate pumpkin carvings to put along Mulholland Street.
Our Bishop hates Halloween, but the Pumpkin Walk has put us on the map for miles around. If you haven't seen photos, I think I blogged about it last year!
would love to see pics of the events!
too much to ask?
