news

We found out on Friday that James has been accepted to Georgetown's MBA program beginning in the fall. He will attend evening classes twice a week for the next 3 years to complete the program.

To many of you, this will come as a surprise, but it's been in the making for quite some time. Starting in October of last year we purchased a prep course and James began studying for the GMAT, which he took in March. He was studying two nights a week and Saturdays to prepare. It gave us a little taste of what we're getting into now...these years will be tough. ;)

We do feel SO blessed. He is 1 of only 120 that were admitted.

Woo Hoo! Way to go, James. BTW, I saw Talmage on ESPN yesterday, twice. He did a really good job and looked very comfortable and happy. In fact, when he missed the word, he left the stage by jumping over the stairs, without stepping on any of them. It was awesome.

Congrats to James! And our prayers will be with the rest of you, since the supporting roles are also very important. The buildings are GORGEOUS! I assume they are of Georgetown. How long is the commute? I guess I can get all my questions answered in 3 weeks, huh? Love you all!
